Members of the PSHE Association have full access to a library of quality downloadable resources that will help them develop and improve their practice. For example the PSHE Association have produced a Primary Planning Toolkit and a Secondary Planning Toolkit. These comprehensive resources include an explanation of how to develop a school curriculum framework for PSHE which is bespoke and personalised to each school, in line with best practice. Additionally the resource includes guidance on creating lesson plans and assessing pupil progress.
With the government’s decision to make Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and health education statutory from September 2020 the PSHE Association will be releasing new resources and lesson plans in the coming months. These resources will be fully available to members.
