Many thanks to all those who took the time to complete our annual satisfaction survey last November, we really appreciate it. We are constantly striving to improve the service we offer and your feedback really helps inform that improvement
The purpose of the survey was to determine the governing bodies’ general satisfaction with the Governor Clerking Service and the service received from the minute clerks we provide.
We put out the survey in order to ensure quality standards can be maintained and to determine whether any future improvements can be made to the service provided to support effective governance, particularly within the changing landscape of the education service
We were pleased that the overwhelming majority of responses were positive. 99% of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that the information and advice provided by the central team meet their needs We've now had a chance to look at the feedback in more detail and have come up with some solutions that will hopefully address some of the issues raised and improve the service further in the long run.
